Stephen Lotzkar

Mr. Lotzkar is a partner emphasizing in Criminal Defense/Litigation. Mr. Lotzkar is a partner and has worked with the firm since February 1992. In addition to his private practice, he currently also provides public defense services with the Northeast District court for City of Redmond cases.

Stephen graduated from the Seattle University School of Law (formerly the University of Puget Sound School of Law) in 1991. He obtained his B.A. from the University of Washington in 1988.
