Ms. Starr is a partner and has worked at the firm since January 1995.

Ms. Starr has successfully litigated numerous jury and bench trials, and has made appellate arguments at the King County Superior Court and the Court of Appeals. She is also currently responsible for assisting all public defense attorneys with interviews, trial preparations, and case calendaring conflicts or overloads.

Ms. Starr is a 1994 graduate of the University of Puget Sound School of Law.
