Paul Titialii grew up in the greater Seattle area.He attended the University of Washington for his undergraduate studies with a focus on Political Studies and Sociology. Even at that early time his work was fighting for the “underdog.” He volunteered to work with underprivileged and underrepresented communities to ensure their equal and fair representation on the campus. After his time at the University of Washington, Paul continued his education at the Seattle University School of Law. While in law school, Paul experienced both sides of the courtroom. He was a clerk at the King County Prosecutor's Office in the felony division and he defended individuals against criminal charges as a legal intern.
Since graduating from law school Paul has dedicated his entire practice to criminal defense. He has been successfully representing clients in multiple counties across Washington State. Prior to coming to Stein, Lotzkar, & Starr PS, Paul worked as a public defender in Snohomish County where he represented clients accused of a variety of charges.
When he is not at work Paul likes to spend time with his family. He also spends time at the gym (to work off the big lunches) sketching and painting.
