While you may be allowed to appear virtually, in some circumstances you must appear in person:

1. If the judge or your notice to appear says so
2. For all Trials, Pleas, and Sentencings.
3. Domestic Violence Cases and Repeat DUI cases must also appear for Arraignment in person.
